Welcome!

My name is Hedy de Graas and I am so honored to have you here. I love to inspire people with my story, because it shows that it is possible to rise high for anyone. My motto has always been: “if I could help out one person in this lifetime, everything I do would be more than worth it!” This one I accomplished, so I am currently enjoying every other human being-bonus! I am really so grateful!! Thank you all so much!

At this point I can say I am the happiest I have ever been, but it has not always been like this. When I was younger, I dealt with various health issues; I had a burnout, I went through several depressions and have had many problems with my digestion (IBS). A lot of times I was so tired and all I wanted to do was sleeping; sometimes even speaking costed me too much energy. At a certain point I started to realize there was something I needed to change about my diet and fitness-level. I then told myself I would start working out and learn how to eat very healthy. My only goal at that point was to get a strong and healthy body, because lets face it, we can really use that in this world!

So, how exactly did I start this journey?

First, I went to all types of health-seminars, courses and other classes. I learned crazy-much, and I noticed how much I could influence my quality of life for the better with only eating different foods. Then I decided I wanted to go to school to learn as much as possible about nature medicine and that was when I found out about Orthomolecular medicine. That is also the study I passed my exams for in 2017. During this study I learned a lot about how to get an imbalanced body back in balance. It really is all about getting back to our natural state of being. The thing we do as therapists is giving people advice on how to help their own body so that the body can fix itsself again. It is beautiful to say at least…

After I finished school, I knew I wanted to tell people about the importance of food, but I did not know that there was so much I had to do before I could start my own business. Also, I found out that I did have a lot of knowledge, but I could not implement them in my own life in everyday matter. We all know that it is not easy to break bad habits and implement new ones. I struggled a lot, but I thought that giving up could never be the right solution; what else was there to do for me? So I just never quitted…

That is also when I started writing my book. Currently I am still working on it, but I hope that it will be finished as soon as possible, because I cannot wait to be able to give people this valuable information. It does not only include important information about foods that can support your brain- and body-health, but it is also about creating the right mindset and implement the best habits so that you can live your life to the fullest every single day without having to struggle with feelings of weakness!
