Quinoa and apple go so well together:-)


• ½ cup quinoa
• ½ cup fresh spinach
• ½ cup fresh arugula mix
• 2 green apples, sliced
• 4 tbsp. walnuts, crushed

For the dressing:
• 4 tbsp. walnut oil
• 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
• ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
• ½ tsp paprika powder
• salt and pepper to taste

1. Mix the greens with the quinoa, crushed walnuts and apples.

2. In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the dressing and add it to the salad!

PS the food combination of nuts and fruit can cause digestion problems because it is heavy on the stomach. Drinking a large glass of water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar can provide relief (30 minutes after a meal). For me it often resolves all unpleasant symptoms.
